Erm. Well.
... There's really no right way to say this in an entry. Um.
Right.
I think I've got something that you lot... really should know.

Hmm. It's this way. [Points to the right.] D'you want me to wait outside?
[RL]
[It didn't matter to her right then. She walks down the hall and opens the door to his room. All she can hear are the various monitors and machines hooked up to him as she moves silently over to his bedside. Her eyes started welling up again as she placed her hands on the edge of his bed.]
Lockon....
[And that's all it takes before she starts sobbing and drops down to her knees.]

You said he'll wake up after a month or so, right? Can I keep visiting him until then?
[She sounds fairly calm again with the occasional sniffling.]
[RL]
Of course, as often as you like. I don't mind playing taxi.
[RL]
[A smile flickers on her face as she looks up at him and the separates herself to go back to Lockon's bedside.]
Next time I come, I'll bring Haro too.
[RL]
I'm sure he'll like that.
[RL]
I think I'm ready to go now.
[RL]
You sure? I don't mind hanging around if you want a few more minutes.
[RL]
[She takes one last look back and smiles slightly when she turns her head back.]
[RL]
[He smiles slightly and leads the way out of the room and back towards the lift, pushing the call button as soon as he gets there.]
[RL]
[RL]
[Vaguely, just for something to say.] D'you think I should get a TAXI sign for the front of the TARDIS?
[RL]
If you think it's a good idea and the TARDIS agrees to it.
[RL]
Well, I reckon it would make a change from 450 years or so of POLICE PUBLIC CALL BOX.
[RL]
It's been like that for 450 years?
[RL]
Yeah, ever since the chameleon circuit malfunctioned. She was designed to blend into the surroundings but the thing that lets her change shape's been broken almost ever since I've had her.
[RL]
And you haven't been able to fix her?
[RL]
Didn't know enough about how she worked, at first. I... well, I suppose they would have called it stealing, but as far as I'm concerned it was saving her from scrap. They were just going to leave her to die anyway. Anyway, I figured out how to fix it a couple of regenerations back, but I like the police box look now. It's got a certain charm to it, don't you think?
[RL]
[She paused for a few seconds before adding...]
What do you mean by regenerations?
[RL]
Oh, that... I keep forgetting who I have and haven't told, I should make a list, really. But regeneration is... well, it's sort of like a Time Lord way of cheating death. Instead of kicking the bucket my entire body changes. Bits of my personality as well, sometimes. This is my tenth body right now.
[RL]
That's incredible.
[RL]
Well. It's handy when you make a life out of saving the universe on a regular basis. The bit just afterwards can be a bit of a pain, though.
