[whiner, leans her head against his shoulder and says through a yawn]

"I don't think so, somehow~"

[leans over and kisses his cheek before snuggling into his neck]

[Smile grows a bit crooked, that kiss touched him, d'aww~]

"Well, yeah, I suppose I can lie a little bit."

[rubs her eyes]

It's bed time, isn't it?

[Tired Time Lord is tired.]

"I think so."

[yaaaaawns]

Mmmkay.

[Lets his head drop a little]

[wiggles in his lap]

Bedtime is in bed.

[Whiny a little]

"But m'comfy here. We don't have to move to sleep, Haruhi."

[puppy eyes at him]

I'm not, my tummy still hurts and if I get sick again, it's gonna be on you because I have no where else to go.

[Sigh and shakes himself a little]

"Alright, alright. Into bed then."

[wraps her arms around his neck]

Carry me.

[We're sitting against the bed, dear. Still, we've all had a rough day.]

"Alright." [Lifts her up] "Up you get, then."

[wraps her legs around his waist and rests against his shoulder, it really is bedtime]

[Lays her down on the bed and covers her up]

[takes his hand and pulls him down next to her on the bed]

Stay with me.

[Lies down, trying to get comfy - he's gone and woken his brain up again now]

"I will."

[curls up against him and rests her head on his chest]

...I love you.

[Expression softens and he hesitantly leans across to kiss her forehead]

"Yeah. I know."

[sniffles at the kiss and presses more against him]

You...love me too, right?

[Little more than a whisper] "Of course I do."

[manages to smile at that and scoots up so she's snuggled under his chin and curled up in his coat]
