[... virus'd :X]
So. It would seem we've got some sort of virus going around again. A mind-reading virus? Thought projection virus? Whatever it is, it's giving me a dreadful headache. It's just a tad annoying, wouldn't you say? I mean, I don't know about you, but quite frankly the idea of someone being able to read my mind is more than a little uncomfortable.
Typical, the one virus which is actually a bother and a nuisance for me to get hit by - not that any of the others weren't but this one is really taking the mickey - and I get hit by it. Not to mention that now I can hear all those other minds chatting away up here. How many must that be, a hundred? Two hundred? Feels like it at least. It's bad enough when they're on the edge of everything, now they're just there! In the thick of it!
... Aaaand this is not a good show of keeping my mind blank. Come on, Doctor, think. Or rather don't, actually. Blank thoughts. Blank blank blank.
So, what I mean to say is, if anyone needs me, I'll be in the TARDIS, trying to keep the old mind blank. So any world-threatening emergencies will just have to wait! Or not, as it happens. We'll see about that. - no, blank thoughts.
...
...
... now I just sound like Setsuna.

Thoughts are like that, humans are like that. Me too. Try to keep your mind blank, it's impossible, you always end up thinking about something, even if it's what's on the telly or what you're having for tea tonight or even about how blank you're keeping your mind. Thoughts, all those thoughts flying around -- and that's quite enough!

I should know. All those minds, all that potential. And they don't make any attempt at hiding it away, how thick is that? So easy to pick up, so fragile. Could be worse, they could be thinking in drums, then we'd be in trouble.
... oh bugger.

If you need to do some research on musicals, I've got a good collection on the TARDIS that you could look through.
I haven't watched or listened to some of those in ages, come to think of it, they'll be covered in dust. Should probably clean them up a bit before I let someone else go through them. And sort out the filing system. I don't think I ever changed it from that time I was experimenting with using the Argolin way of filing things - oh come on Doctor! Stop being old and thick and stop thinking so much!

Ah, thank you.

Girls, girls, let me think, what sort of musicals are they likely to like? Not that I want to stereotype, but let me see... Hairspray? Grease? Possibly West Side Story?

I think West Side Story was one that they mentioned.

It's a retelling of Romeo and Juliet, essentially. With New York and gangs instead of Verona and renaissance lovers. Oh dear, he'd better not let Tamaki see that... I wonder if I should do him a favour, lock the thread from here...

... no, that's. Really, really probably not harmless.

Oh, maths troubles. Lots of people hate maths. That's normal though, I mean, I failed most of my exams. Including that piloting test, but it's so much better to learn out in the field. People can still see your thoughts, Setsuna.

Maths is that way for a lot of people. It was the TARDIS, actually. And it's just a bit different, she was designed for six. Not like one of those things. Although maybe it is for him, a little like my connection with the TARDIS. Like Tieria. Connection with what you're piloting with, like it's a living thing, it is a living thing. Talking through telepathy, a little like this --
... It's making me feel homesick.no subject
Six? Why do you pilot it alone, then?

There's no one else. They're all gone in the war. It's just me now. Everyone burned, I can tell. Up here. There's no one left. The universe keeps on spinning and everyone dies, history is back in place. No no no no no I can't think about that, I can't, I just can't --

I'm. Sorry.
