The person who told me wasn't exactly forthcoming with information, no. He asked for Apollo's help, though, so whatever help she ends up getting, it'll be the best.

Since I'm pretty sure he can't have done her all that much harm as a human, no, he wouldn't be. His involvement probably goes about as far as being there in the middle of it. I hope.

Even in that state it would have been all too easy for him to do harm, if he attempted to encourage or exacerbate the situation in any way. For his sake, we'll have to hope that wasn't the case.

I was under the impression that you were, provided no one was able to sufficiently distract you. Obviously I've done a poor job of it, but maybe the others have been more successful. Regardless, she has many friends, both here and on her world, who have the power to demand accountability, particularly from a simple 'squishy.'
