I'm still trying to figure that one out. Apparently it happened at the hospital where Blackout was staying. Put two and two together and that means Bonecrusher was probably trying to "rescue" his fellow Decepticon.

Apparently he was human at the time and needed treatment for something. There seems to be something wrong with his memory as well.
